For 2008 we'll offer jellies, pickles, relishes and salsas. We're growing various tomatoes, peppers, corn, herbs, beans and maybe carrots. Some starter plants for sale at the beginning of the season. Plenty of freshly baked goodies like cookies and quickbreads made with organic ingredients.

Dirt Worms
The farm is in Rabun County and is a garden spot on our property. It is about the size of a football field. The garden spot has some morning shade and full sun after that. It is mostly red dirt that has not been farmed or used as a garden for about 20 years until 2007. The crops planted this year are: tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, yellow squash, zucchini, potatoes, scallions, watermelons, cantelopes, carrots. Beans and peas in the near future.
