    Simple seasoning and smoked ingredients designed to add that special touch to your good cooking. Specialized smoked salts and rubs for grilling add unique flavors to everything from eggs to veggies and from fish to meat. Atlantic sea salt from Maine is used exclusively. Local and/or organic tomatoes, Vidalia onions, and garlic are used throughout. New items are added seasonally so watch weekly listing for this weeks offering.

    The farm is in Rabun County and is a garden spot on our property. It is about the size of a football field. The garden spot has some morning shade and full sun after that. It is mostly red dirt that has not been farmed or used as a garden for about 20 years until 2007. The crops planted this year are: tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, yellow squash, zucchini, potatoes, scallions, watermelons, cantelopes, carrots. Beans and peas in the near future. Our garden has struggled this year, but will return next year to try again!
